Return from an injury back to your full capacity. Oftentimes, rehabilitation stops when the person returns to a functional level. Help bridge that gap and return to a performance level. In other words, return to “game-shape”. I will happily communicate with your medical team (GP, PT, surgeon, etc).

Yoga-Inspired Dryland Training

Participants will improve their exercise literacy and movement quality in a fun environment. During the yoga-style practice, players will practice body awareness and breathing techniques as well as develop competency for core control, balance, mobility, and body weight exercises.

Classes will be a maximum 6 participants to ensure a high amount of instructor to student assistance and feedback.

Currently, registration is open to those <18, and the classes will take place after school.
